As part of the agreement, Tarteeb will serve as the Official Private Aviation Sponsor of the conference, delivering premium private aviation solutions for VVIP guests, keynote speakers, delegates, and official attendees. Leveraging the global capabilities of the Mayfair Jets Group, Tarteeb will provide tailored private jet charter services designed to ensure seamless, efficient, and discreet travel to and from the event, while connecting the Kingdom with key regional and international destinations.

Commenting on the partnership, Ahmed Elhawary MBE, Chairman & Co-Founder of Mayfair Jets, said:

Through Tarteeb, we are proud to contribute to this momentum by supporting greater connectivity between the Kingdom and international markets. Our cooperation with Hamza Camel Tours brings together strong local expertise and Mayfair Jets’ global aviation capabilities, and we look forward to supporting the conference and developing this collaboration for the years ahead.”

The inaugural edition of the conference is scheduled to take place in mid-November, marking the beginning of a long-term strategic collaboration between the two organizations. Beyond supporting the event’s aviation requirements, the partnership aims to strengthen business relationships, facilitate international engagement, and contribute to the continued growth of Saudi Arabia’s conference and events sector in line with the Kingdom’s broader vision for tourism, investment, and economic development.
