•⁠ ⁠Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding products or services
•⁠ ⁠Liaise with other departments to achieve better operational results
•⁠ ⁠Arrange services obtained from third-party vendors
•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with airline and civil aviation authority regulations and maintain safety measures throughout operations
•⁠ ⁠Provide exceptional customer service at all times
•⁠ ⁠Follow company rules and regulations
