Key Meeting Between Egypt’s Civil Aviation Minister and Mayfair Jets Chairman
A successful meeting was held between His Excellency Captain Sameh Elhefny, Egyptian Minister of Civil Aviation, and Ahmed Elhawary MBE, Co-Founder and Chairman of Mayfair Jets Group (MFJ), to discuss the critical role of charter flights in boosting Egypt’s GDP and enhancing inbound tourism.
During the meeting, His Excellency stressed the importance of maximizing the volume of incoming flights operated by Egyptian carriers while upholding Aviation industry directives and maintaining the highest safety standards.
MFJ has transported 750,000 passengers in 2024 to date, from Germany, Italy, the Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, and Switzerland, with projections to reach 1 million passengers by the end of the year.
Elhawary expressed his gratitude, stating, “I am more than honoured and grateful to have had the chance to capture the thoughts and insights of His Excellency Minister Sameh Elhefny, and look anxiously towards a bright future under his guidance.”
