These terms and conditions of business conducted by Mayfair Jets, in the version valid at the time of conclusion of the contract, shall form part of every contract with Mayfair Jets for all services provided by us.

The Charterer shall pay the agreed charter price on time unless a different credit period has been agreed in writing by Mayfair Jets. Flight details and inclusions will be briefly shared in the agreement, in case of any changes in pricing due to unforeseen events, we will notify the charterer. If for any reason payment of the charter price or any installment thereof is not made on the due date, then Mayfair Jets has the option to cancel the air charter agreement without compensation.<\/span><\/p>

Payment can be processed through bank transfers or AmEx Card holder with CC\u00a0charges\u00a0of\u00a02.9%. It shall be made to the account provided on the charter contract prior to issue\/ receipt of invoice.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Non-Refundable<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Purchased tickets cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Once a ticket has been issued, no part of the payment will be returned to the passenger.<\/span><\/p>

Non-Reroutable<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

The flight route specified at the time of purchase cannot be altered. Passengers must travel the exact route as indicated on their ticket without deviation.<\/span><\/p>

Non-Rebookable <\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Tickets cannot be rebooked for a different date or time. The flight details confirmed at the time of booking are final and cannot be modified.<\/span><\/p>

Prohibited Changes<\/span>
No changes can be made to the ticket once it has been issued. This includes changes to flight dates, times, or destinations.<\/span><\/p>

Change of Names is not permitted<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

The name on the ticket cannot be changed. Tickets are non-transferable, and the passenger whose name is mentioned on the ticket must be the one to show on the flight date.<\/span><\/p>
